I would've been genuinely shocked if it got DLC. Not in a bad way, but in a "really? Ok, sure" kind of way. What we got in the base game was already satisfying enough, for me at least.

TOTK has been as closed to perfect as a video game can get. It really doesn't need any DLC expansion. But it wouldn't hurt to have some.

I have been playing day 1 with over 350 hours in and I'm not even halfway in the game, the amount of content for completion is insane.

I feel like if they made a third game in the series with more of a Wind Waker feel, it'd be a good time. Like Link and Zelda set out from Hyrule and end up in a new kingdom made up of several islands you could sail or swim between.

In our modern day of paying full price for half of a game, only to pay up to the price of the game itself on DLC content, I am glad to see games can go without bonus content like DLC still

he said the same thing about Skyward Sword on the switch so I pretty sure he would change his mind or maybea free update with master mode and some kind of master sword trials

I’m going to miss Master Mode and trial of the Sword but hey, it is what it is. I still hope however that we get proper closure for Ilona and Kass.

There’s so much to do in tears of kingdom I would’ve been very surprised if they made DLCs. It gives you everything you need and game is pretty long depending on how you play it. I look forward to next one !
