Our 2017 i3 REx looks identical (interior, too).
REx has only been on 5% of our driving (even though we drive 40k km/year.)
Absolutely love it for both commuting and road trips.
Highly recommended (So many people here say they've never seen one before, even though they've been in our market since 2014).
We're saving $2000 annually in energy.

Two problems with these cars:

Steering is way to assisted and light. Twitchy at speed.
The wheels are to narrow for the torque it has, so grip is poor. But fitting wider ones reduce the range noticably.
