About the Speaker
Jay J. Brown has been with the law firm of Feist, Vetter, Knauf and Loy, APC since 1991. In addition, he is a frequent speaker on Homeowner Association and Landlord-Tenant Law, and former Chair of the Real Property Section of the North County Bar Association.
