Just a random 911 S/T at Costco. Awesome. Great review on the Si. I have a 2022. It’s an amazing car for what it is. One of the last manuals. The way Honda managed to integrate the ADAS with a manual transmission is also really impressive. The adaptive cruise and lane centering will stay active even when you clutch and shift gears.

Went to the dealership yesterday and they wanted just under $40k for a civic si. Walked away from that. $5k market adjustment and $2k appearance package.

A sunroof is a solid, opaque panel that blocks all sunlight when closed, while a moonroof is a tinted glass panel that lets light in even when shut.

Moonroofs are now more common in modern cars, often replacing the traditional sunroof. Most references to “sunroof” today actually describe a moonroof.

I love that honda keeps the SI going with the manual. I love that they added heated seats and the full digital dash but they decided to not include Sirius Satellite Radio and that is a big mistake because that is the one feature that would keep my from buying the car. I'd like to see the engine updated and it would go from cool to awesome!

I bought a 2024 Civic Si three weeks ago. Over the last 600 miles, it's averaged 37.7 mpg.

I had a 2020 Si Coupe for about 2 and a half years from March 2022 to August 2024. It's a great car and I did love it but I wasn't 100% happy with it and I did regret buying it. The reason for that is the rev hang. It drove me nuts. Upshifting was pretty jerky in that car due to it. The clutch was also slipping in it (heard the 10th generation Si clutches are weak and it's true. Unfortunately, I didn't know about that before buying the car and I didn't know about the rev hang either) which is another reason I traded it in but the rev hang is the number 1 reason I got rid of it. If it wasn't for the rev hang, I'd probably still have the car as I would've probably just saved the money to replace the clutch. The rev hang is a dealbreaker for me though. I can't stand it. I have a 2023 WRX now and I'm much happier. WRX has no rev hang and it's smooth to shift. If only Honda would fix this issue.... I hope you enjoy your car and hopefully the rev hang doesn't bother you as much as it bothered me.

I came from a variety of different WRX's over the years. Most recently my 13 hatch WRX that I sold. Got in a 25 SI because of the gas mileage and indeed am I enjoying the Civic however I wish the exhaust note was a tad louder as well as the horrible rev hang. The interior is SUPER nice and the tech is awesome (wireless car play). My only complaint is the awful red on the inside front (wish it was black/grey) like previous generations. I'm getting 31-32mpgs btw! Only mod is tint and a type R FL5 shift knob!

Nice review !! I have the same 2025 civic si . Just one problem with the car which gets annoying is the rev hang, Especially at a stop light when people are almost behind your tail and you have to quickly shift, the rev hang gets really annoying but still cant complain much, I LOVE THIS CAR !!!!

I had a 2024 Civic Si and loved everything about the car except the anemic 1.5L engine. Even with the turbo, it felt like the engine was straining itself to get up to speed. Once at speed doing let's say 60mph and wanting to pass someone quickly, it was not as bad. I think if this car had a 2.0L or 2.5L with a turbo in it then it would be perfect. But, then the car would start crossing over into the Type R territory and Honda wouldn't want that.

You’re correct it’s a moon roof. Sun roof just pops up but doesn’t open fully like what you have now.
