May be based on amount of health remaining on whatever you shoot. Someone that’s 200 health give you 20, npc with 400 gives you 40. Haven’t looked up anything but seems legit

It seems that the syphon is based on how many pellets hit, its 2 syphon per pellet. Jake, do you think this would overall affect the shotgun meta?
