Pentagon Press Secretary Air Force Major General Pat Ryder held a media briefing on Tuesday (October 22, 2024). Addressing the press, Ryder said, "The FBI is investigating the alleged leak of classified documents and working closely with the Department of Defense and the intelligence community on this." He added, "The investigation is in its first few days, so it's important to let that investigation run its course."
