Introducing the Octopus Kubernetes agent

We're making the most significant improvement to Kubernetes deployments in Octopus. We're changing how Octopus interacts with clusters by adding a Kubernetes agent. The Octopus Kubernetes agent will make your Kubernetes deployments at scale simpler.
