Seniors working in Court snatch case from junior Advocates. Only restriction is it can be reported to Concernedn Bar Council with comment that another Advocate has not asked for no- objections from other Advocate.
This practice requires to be banned making it punishable act.

❤ Because of Touts and legal practice of setting ' s, the pendency is unending in all Courts throughout India. We must have some laws on practice of settings and not attending the Courts on the one or other reason .
