The texture of those burgers is next level with the Boudin added. Great idea with the no stick technique with the burgers too. I'll try that on my next Bbq. I love the way you guys cook and the different ingredients you use. Unfortunately here, down under, we dont have axcess to them, but, I'll have to try and find ingredients similar and experiment. Bruce , my momma LOVE'S you and talks about your cooking all the time. She accully bought me a Blackstone Grill so I can learn to cook like you. I'm already a great cook ( being from the deep South of East Louisiana ) but you inspire more people then you realize I'm sure. :) ....not to mention she's a dog lover and she was heart broken when Tyler passed as well. But I'm about to try that homemade butter you made on a previous video. Thanks for the inspiration and knowledge.
