The RA6M4 MCU is best suited for applications that require high-speed connectivity and security, which covers areas such as industrial applications, enhanced security and building automation.

In the box, you will find the EK-RA6M4 board, micro USB device and host cables as well as Ethernet patch cable.

01:35 MCU Native Pin Access Area
The board includes the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core RA6M4 MCU with 200 MHz of operating frequency, 1 MB Flash and 256 kB SRAM. The MCU comes in 144 pin LQFP package.

02:26 Special Feature Access Area
This section consists of Ethernet transceiver with Reduced Media Independent Interface (RMII) and corresponding RJ45 standard Ethernet connector as well as 32 MB Quad-SPI flash and 64 MB Octo-SPI flash for external memory expansion options.

This area incorporates multiple 5V input sources and debugging options. It also supports five most popular ecosystem expansions, consisting of two SeeedGrove® system connectors, SparkFun® Qwiic® connector, MikroElektronikaTM mikroBUS connector, two Digilent PmodTM connectors and ArduinoTM Uno R3 compatible connector.
