the only dairy product anyone should be wrapping around a pickle for snacks is cream cheese. roll up a dill in some ham and cream cheese. sooo good. salty, savory, creamy, a little sour from the dill, got protein from the ham, smooth but also crunchy textures. it's the best!

I am a type 1 diabetic and as a child I would literally take pickles, shredded cheese, and mustard and mix it together and eat it. It was an amazing no carb snack so I could have it whenever I wanted without giving myself insulin. So this sounds amazing to my 8 year old self.
