For testing the image, you just give it a testID and you fetch it by id to check if it exists, I think it would be better if you can test if the image actually load into screen, by checking the path to be rendered in the image component or something like that, I think tests should be written in a way that mimic the user interactivity, the user does not know what testID is, it's just a tool to get the elements in the UI, but the test should deal with some action that the user can do.
