Councilmember Larry Agran Seeks Full Report on OCPA

At the April 26, 2022 Irvine City Council meeting, Councilmember Larry Agran again, requests for a full report at the May 10, 2022 City Council meeting, of what has been happening with the Orange County Power Authority. Will it be placed on the agenda?

The Irvine City Council has refused to place the OCPA report on the agenda despite having spent $7.7 million in Irvine money. The public has not received any info re the commercial rollout on April 1st, what the opt-out, opt-down rates were, or the viability of the OCPA moving forward.
