MONDAY AFTER MY 9 to 5 | GROCERIES, QUICK MEAL PREP & DINNER IN 15 MINUTES!

Thanks for joining me today after my 9 to 5 office job while I prep for the week and make a quick and easy dinner!! I am still working toward getting a little slimmer for my wedding in October 2024!! I’ve started working with my dietitian again and am taking it one meal at a time, aiming for 1600-1700 calories a day and 130g of protein! I am also working out at the gym 3 times a week and aiming for 6,500 minimum steps a day! Subscribe if you want to stick around and watch my bridal glow up!

I like to premade my eggs too for the mornings. Can’t beat the fully cooked bacon - no grease or smelling up the house!!

Hi Lauren, Very random comment and question! You said you and Morgan needed toothpaste. Do you share a tube of it? Definitely have my own. Don't want hubs toothbrush hitting my paste! I'm so excited for your wedding. The coozies are cute. We got some at my niece's wedding recently, it was a nice useful touch! The egg muffins look so good!

What did you calorie count for the cottage cheese dip? That looks so good and low calorie/high protein. Will definitely be making that

If you can only do 4 Bulgarian’s, do 4 girl. At least you’re doing them. Before you know it you’ll be doing 6 and so on and so on. When you see gains in the gym it will give you the motivation to see how much more you can do. Promise!

I got the Bellabooty thing too and sent it back. The weights dig into me so bad, but maybe it’s bc I have the adjustable dumbbells and they are huge.

You do NOT have to do Bulgarian squats. I don't get why everyone does them. They are so easy to blow a knee out. A million other squats will work
