UIAA Rated Bolt Made in America #climbing #breaktest

The last time we tested the Crossover bolt, we used bad glue on accident. This time we decided to try out our new glue-in bolt adapter and Dewalt Pure 110 epoxy. We love the Crossover bolt because they are weldless, UIAA rated, and made in America. In this test, the bolt deformed at around 11 kN, pulled half way out at ~30 kN, and finally failed at 39.48 kN. Those forces are higher than most climbing gear can exert without breaking!
