I helped Eddie and the Sobrato Arts Foundation for Education create this video and I can tell you all that Eddie feels very strongly about this subject and his love for the military and our country in particular is genuine. God Bless our soldiers! Please know that all proceeds from the sale of this video will go to the families of fallen soldiers so please encourage all to purchase this video.

Breaks my heart.. Especially growing up in the 60's. My brother A Vietnam Era National Guard had several friends, not make it home or home and kicked down.. Thank you for posting this beautiful song. Eddie Money ❤❤❤❤

This was a tough one to watch. My son is currently US Navy and he is deployed overseas. I pray every day for him and for all our soldiers around the world. My deepest condolences to you for your loss, I can't even begin to THANK YOU to your son and your family, for the service to our country.

My Uncle just passed away in June, and was buried in Arlington. I was Eddie money June 12. I first heard this song the month that my uncle passed away. I was wondering if anyone had the lyrics. Cause i want to make a sign. I want to thank all the soldiers who are fighting out in the war. I Salute you <3

RIP Eddie...you were a good soul and lived out in LA in the entertainment world that often has nothing good to say or think about this country but you were real. My aunt said she remembers Eddie's, Officer Mahoney, when he worked out of the 108th Precinct and it's easy to see why you were a very decent human being. Thanks for the joy you gave us and God Bless your soul and your family. You definitely are having your ticket to paradise and will be missed.

As a Disabled vet myself, I thank Eddie Money for recognizing the sacrifices of those servicemen and women in our military.  And I want to thank the families of my brothers and sisters in arms for the privilege & honor of serving beside them.  God Bless you all.
