Brother, more authentic opinion is that you DON'T have to stand up if you are sitting and reading aya in which you should to sajda tilawat, you just do it(𝐼𝑓 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑢𝑝, 𝑖𝑡'𝑠 𝑎𝑙𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡, 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛 𝑠𝑎𝑦 𝑖𝑡'𝑠 𝑏𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑟, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑖𝑡'𝑠 𝑎 𝑓𝑎𝑐𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝐷𝑂𝑁'𝑇 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑑𝑜 𝑖𝑡.𝐼𝑡'𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑜𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑔𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑑) and you say Allahu Akbar when you are about to do it, BUT NOT when you finish it.

How can you do the real sajdah if you are listening to the Quran on the road?

To my understanding, you should be in wudu for Sajdah at-tilawat, and it is expected that you would be anyway since you are reading the Qur'an. But with Sajdah Ash-shukr, I was informed that you don't need to be in wudu, and that would encourage people to simply go into sujood at any time during the day when they feel happy or grateful to Allah, like the prophet SAW did... Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Preferred is to have wudu but it’s not mandatory
