Even after I go to a buffet I will go do something it trains the body even being really full to burn and utilize calories

a diabetes doctor said to wait 30 minutes after you eat and then walk 15 minutes, then check blood sugar 2 hours later, if it is still high, keep walking until blood sugar is in a normal range
