Can you elaborate on the max length function. Let's say for my custom prompt I want something that has a word strength of 500. For this in Gpt3 playground I have to add the output token size. Does the "100" mentioned there is the word length?

This is incorrect. InstructGPT is trained with reinforcement learning PPO algorithm. BLOOMZ has no reinforcement learning training. BLOOMZ is not equivalent to InstructGPT.
