Do you think Silky Gem Crystal Candy is safe for braces?

The answer is it depends on the kind!
-the super crunchy ones that are stacked with layers of crystallized sugar are not the best choice for braces
-but the banana and the taro coconut ube one were slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside so I would say these are safer options out of the ones I showed!
