I passed today after watching these so thank you. Two guys before me both failed ( got there a bit early). One put his foot down and also wasn't quick enough through the trap. Second also not quick enough and looked a bit wobbly in general. So my advice is don't go unless you're ready. Unless its close by and they've got slots. Also, don't fanny around through the speed trap. I had to retake the avoidance as I was a few mph under. its a big space and no one is going to drive into you.

Absolutely brilliant instruction videos Richard - I have my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the same day - August 12th in East Sussex - apparently I am using a Kawasaki Z650 for the whole weeks of training before - Even though I have a full driving licence for 30 years I am a tad nervous as the bike seems big - do they not do the Mod 1 and Mod 2 on 125cc bikes anymore? Thanks again for all your videos - wish I lived in Poole and I'd be booking you :-)

Hi Richard, very good instructive videos thank you for your efforts.
Do you have any tips for me almost every time I stop my bike tends to lean to the right and force me to put my right foot down. I am good with my YBR125 but getting ready for MOD1 test and the 750cc is a bit tricky. Thank you.

Any mod 2 videos Richard? i appreciate not as easy to produce, but have found the mod 1 videos excellent

You will also fail if you run over the speed trap and my colleague found that out the hard way. I asked the examiner what speed I hit in the trap when I did this part to help gauge my speed for the next ones. They won't tell you unless you ask.
