Shaak Ti is the Jedi that keeps on dying. In Revenge of the Sith alone there are two deleted scenes: 1 is when anakin stabs her during order 66. 2) She gets stabbed by general Grevious before Anakin and Obi Wan rescued Palpatine. She also dies in the Force unleashed

All these years later I still don't really understand how Anakin suddenly was on board with killing kids. Unless we go by the assumption that the dark side is literally so seductive that it warps your mind and essentially turns you evil, his actions don't really make sense. But we're supposed to believe that Anakin has this internal morality that justifies all of his actions, like keeping padme safe and bringing order to the galaxy. But killing a bunch of kids doesn't really accomplish that at all. I feel like we should have seen more indicators on Anakin's side regarding duplicitous and likely to overthrow the Republic.
