The alliance between the two parties, which was primarily for the Lok Sabha elections, has not materialised for the state elections. The Aam Aadmi Party, which lost its deposit in the last elections, is hoping to improve its prospects by giving tickets to rebels from both the Congress and the BJP. The Congress Party, on the other hand, is hoping to avoid a repeat of the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh fiasco.

Congress is No. 1 party in Haryana and expected to win absolute majority. Fight is between Congress and BJP in Haryana.   AAP recently lost in Delhi and Punjab in Loksabha election but they are still very arrogant.    AAP is losing in every state.  Also they lost the chance of  having alliance with Congress.
