For an adjustable height/standing desk application, we would recommend the Capisco chair over the ThatSit Balans chair. The Capisco has up to 10" of seat height adjustability, allowing your hip angle to vary much more than the ThatSit. With the ThatSit, you'd either be kneeling at one seat height, or standing at your desk. With the Capisco, you can be sitting, perching or leaning in different seat heights and in different positions.

What about the Gravity Balans? How good is it as a mainly kneeling chair?

Does the Variable have a different seat angle than the Thatsit? The seat on the Thatsit looks more horizontal, but I can't tell for sure. Thanks!

I'm 6'3, and I find the multi-balans to be just barely appropriate for my height. It works well, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're much taller. Also the heightened setting puts you too high relative to most tables, so an adjustable table helps.

What about for taller folk? I'm 6'4" and 111kg, but am looking for something to aid me with strengthening my core, and easing back pain.

How would the Thatsit pair with a standing desk? I'm choosing between that one and the Capisco... I know the Capisco allows you to perch, but the Vatier seems more versatile

The only thing that would stop me buying one of these is that, being in a hot climate, I don't wear shoes when I'm sitting at my desk at home. That means my toes are going to take some pressure. That might be ok for ballerinas but not for writers.

if youre the guy in the video i recommend you look up 'natural eyesight restoration' and stop using glasses. you already seem to care alot about posture and im surprsied you still have posture/eyesight issues.
