Hello, I want to use the UPS to charge a battery and power a Raspberry Pi Pico. I plan to recharge and power both the battery and the Raspberry using solar panels. I want, when the solar panel stops providing sufficient power, for the Raspberry to start drawing power from the battery. Is this UPS suitable for that?

Just received this UPS-A module today and have to say the documentation is just brutal! Going to the Waveshare WiKi does NOT provide the MicroPython code to be used in Thonny?!?! Their so called demo code includes some kind of random code that includes things for a GPS??? 🥴
Even worse these idiots take the time to screen capture part of the actual python code you actually need but DON'T provide the same in a link??? 🤨As others noted, once you install this UPS-A there is no way to add on other sensors or modules! 🤢 The reply they offer to one of the customers in this comment section is by linking to a massive dev board?!?!

The lack of comprehension about NOT being able to add onto the Pico once their UPS-A is installed belies belief! 😵‍💫

I shouldn't be surprised because their documentation for the GPS, CM4, and 1.3" OLED is just as brutal!!!

At what point do you get someone who understands basic English, has the ability to take a product and open it up and pretend this is a entirely new concept?? You than write up a *How To* for the novice which anyone can follow! But no they don't provide written documentation that makes any sense and also assumes you have other things in place!

The product appears to be solid . . . The documentation as to *How To* add the required MicroPython code to make their hardware work is pure and utter shit! 😡
