Driving through all that water is real dumb. Even if you make it, still dumb. That’s coming from someone living in Louisiana where this kind of thing happens almost yearly. Don’t risk it.

This happens in Saudi Arabia when there is heavy rain aswell.. its because desert cities dont have an adequate rainwater storm drainage system to cope with heavy rainfall.. as rainfall is so infrequent in these regions, the cities were not designed with heavy rainfall in mind.
