Silly Zwag, the Q CHUNKS a lot, if the enemy has already been feared, that's the circle thing under enemies when you fear em, that's basically the window time for your Q to deal double damage.

Scythe the camp with Q pointed in for the fear off vision, then Q the bigger monster for a nice slap.
Hell you can fear with drain in AoE as well if you use it out of vision, but that's less ideal.

Here's an interesting fact. Fiddle sticks jungle has a 75% pick rate. However fiddlesticks support had a 15% pick rate but a higher wr than fiddlesticks jungle as of rn
