-2.5 makes perfect sense for Titans. Anything more than -3 with Titans they will probably lose vs the spread. The first 2 games support this. Titans when they are ahead likes to kill the clock which allows the other team to catch up on them. Then Titans lose their rhythm offensively and eventually they either win by a FG or lose. It's a bad culture they have in TN as they are fit to be dominant in the league this season.
