I was in Italy when I was a sailor 40 years ago. I was there so many times I lost count. Those folks are one of the greats in the world, and there magic ability to take 2 or 3 simple ingredients and make it so unbelievably good is just amazing. Their hospitality is outstanding and their country is beautiful. If I ever left my country , Italy would be in the top 3 places I would not #1. Things have changed I rekon but the core is still going strong. Thank you Gennaro for showing us a little piece of it.
