About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

I absolutely loved her message and her astounding achievements. I just wish she had more personality on stage to invoke more emotion into the viewers. Sparking emotions in the viewers to the message leaves a greater impact on them. :)

it's called petty when women do it because they usually do it based on petty reasons eg physical appearance, clothes, boyfriends, etc. Men usually compete for political power, money or success, which are more useful things in society.

No/poor references for her facts.

she has some valid points but the issues she spoke about run way deeper than she presented them.

she failed to consider the full spectrum.

I wonder why you travel from Nigeria all the way to Germany to speak about something as petty as this. Of all you have achieved at your young age, is this discussion even relevant? I guess it says a lot about Tedx for giving you the platform to run Nigeria down. Please watch people like Mallence Bart-Williams who talk about real issues.
