Just recommended an abarth a Maserati with over 100k miles and the most expensive bmw to maintain. They all sound good af but your car isn’t gonna run after a couple months if your on a budget.

Volvo S60R. The 300hp 2.5L Turbo 5-cylinder is known as the "Baby V10". Not to mention the turbocharger is decently loud.


Fair warning:

The R's only like 93 Octane. They'll run 87-91, but there's a decent drop in performance.

If you want to make power from the R's B5254T4 motor, you have to either shim the sleeves or resleeved the block with Darton Sleeves. The sleeves are known to crack thanks to the 83mm bore.

Both OEM and Aftermarket are pricey for the R's.

Good list! But you missed some important ones

No 5 cylinders is a mega fail. Volvo S60R is a good example and you can get actually get one in good condition.

Audi RS6 V10 is under $10K all day, actually good, lower mileage examples in the teens. And it's Uber rare and unknown within the car community

The Abarth sounds wicked but the one showed on the video is clearly not factory exhaust and at the end of the day you can make almost any car sound absolutely insane with exhaust modifications…

Miles with the best picks but picked the wrong abarth. Its the 124 Spider that you want!! It is incredible for this budget.
