I don't understand; commissions have always been negotiable. When I was with a NAR office over 5 years ago my office did not require 5% in fact most neighborhoods were around 4% but this was expensive area.

The A.I. scams are actually quite troublesome. I think the rule of thumb for anything that involves easy money is, if its too good to be true....it probably is!

I also want to clarify more accurately about my comment last week on job losses (since i startled Romaine). the job losses im referring to will strongly impact the workforce in banking, some in investment banking, small businesses with lease obligations, tech, retail businesses, and other propped up bubbles that are in our economy, mostly public and some private businesses. You guys always do a great job at Bloomberg TV!
