This is extremely interesting! As an American I don’t eat breakfast ever, but if I do it’s an energy drink with 200mg of caffeine!

I don’t really think I know anyone that does eat breakfast here that’s in their 20s.

For lunch, I’ll have a yogurt or some fruit (fresh or dried), some nuts, fresh cut vegetables, and sometimes beef jerky (I do not pack a heavy meal)

For dinner, it tends to vary. Half the time it’s full family meals, other times it’s just smaller ones. I’ll make myself some pasta sometimes, salads, and a lot of scrambled eggs.

The main protein in my diet comes from chicken, eggs, and beef. (Maybe nuts too idk?)

For drinks, I only drink water (and the energy drink). Alcohol on occasion!

I do not really have dessert unless I’m on vacation, but ice cream and cookies are very popular dessert choices. (I tend to go for ice cream & Italian ice when I do!)

I’ve noticed with talking to my exchange student friends, that they were surprised to see how many people would just be eating at any given moment.

Ha, ha, ha! Sympaticke videjko s Prazaky kteri "se priznavaji" co jedli nebo copak jedi obecne! Zdravim z Rumunska (prave z Bukuresti), kde Bukurestane jedi skoro stejne, vcetne pohanky, protoze zjistili ze ma malo kalorii!😜😜
