if you think hard enough, it kinda works because eula won't have to chase enemies while waiting for her burst to explode because they can be frozen. also might get some shatter bonus too.

Thats actually pretty good cause eula can make her own frozen reactions with her E ehile aplying water eith her NAs and keep doing shattered which does physical damage when claymore’s hit frozen enemy’s and that + the ult physical and the 20% damage bonus from nobless set on candace can be pretty good

Honestly, I love the elemental infusions. It allows fun builds like this to happen. It may not be the most meta but when you have nothing else to do, this gives you a goal to work towards
