Death and Taxes- Did YOU know?

Показать описание
👉Did YOU know that your money is taxed before you get your paycheck? That’s called payroll taxes. It includes State taxes, Federal taxes and FICA taxes (Social Security and Medicare taxes)
👉Did you know your money is taxed AGAIN when you buy an item? That’s a sales tax. It’s a tax on goods and services.
👉And did you know your money is taxed with inflation?
That’s a “hidden tax” for consumers and savers. Their money in the bank loses purchasing power as inflation eats their money away w/ prices of goods ⬆️
So how do you avoid getting taxed to death?
You have to invest. You NEED to invest!
Why? When you invest in the stock market or real estate market, you lower your tax BURDENS
👉You lower your taxable income by investing in a 401k. You can lower your taxable income w/Traditional 401k by $22,500 if you’re less than 50 years old and $30k if you’re older than 50 y/o.
👉When you invest in a Roth 401k, your money is taxed only ONCE at the current tax rate and then it grows tax free. Historically, taxes have only gone up over time.
👉When you invest in a Traditional IRA, you can invest a max of $6,500 per year if you’re less than 50 y/o and $7,500 if older than 50 y/o. That lowers your taxable income by $6,500!
👉When you invest in a Roth IRA, you can invest a max of $6,500 per year at the current tax rate then it will grow tax free and you can withdraw tax free at retirement or withdraw your contributions tax free at any time.
👉When you invest you’re not only lowering your taxable income but you’re also saving for your future so you can live comfortably when you retire.
👉You’re also beating inflation when you invest because if inflation’s baseline historically is around 2% per year but your invested money in the stock market is growing historically at an average of around 10%, your money is still growing 8% per year in the long run.
❤️You work very hard to earn an honest living, my friend. And I am proud of you. Make your money work harder for you 24/7 while you live in the present and saving for your future.
💡Do you now see WHY you NEED to invest?
Much love,
