You should give your cockatiels a way bigger cage and change where they drink water to a normal water bowl metal is better and try to give them less seeds and more vegetables I give my cockatiel a hard boiled egg rice broccoli carrots celery and mix it together and try to put newspaper on the bottom of their cage and plastic perches are the worst perches because it can give them arthritis and foot bumble so try to get natural wood perches
