Once a coworker was reading the horoscope to other coworkers. When I entered the room, she asked me which was my sign.

Never heard of it. Holy spirit dwells in me and guides me. Don't need a pie chart or a pinwheel to instruct me. This is a tool of the enemy to divide destroy deceive people.

I just joined a women's Bible study at my church and they announced we would be doing a study from Lisa Jo Baker. I wasn't familiar with her, so I looked her up on YouTube, and a podcast popped up with her promoting the Enneagram. I messaged the leader of the Bible study stating my concerns. I also sent her this video and the podcast with Lisa Jo Baker. I'm praying it will be received well, because I've really been yearning to be in a Bible study where a group of women build each other up in the Lord, while learning more about His word. I tried to be as respectful as possible, while still stating the TRUTH.

I was attending a church in my neighborhood fresh after receiving Jesus a few years ago. Shortly after joining the church they had an event regarding this enneagram with a guest "teacher". Having just come from Buddhism and witchcraft I should've known better, but the Holy Spirit hadn't filled me yet. Later, I ran from this church fast fast fast. This is a big problem, and a church's willingness to accept this kind of thing is a neon sign highlighting poor church leadership.

The Enneagram is the first personality test I've seen that fails miserably with some people. My sister encouraged me to try it out a while back before I'd ever heard of it, and it couldn't nail me down at all, which was odd. I read through all the explanations, and the more I researched it, the more bizarre it became, especially with the language and terms they use, it's pretty nonsensical. Even outside of the spiritual aspect, in a more practical/psychological sense, I don't think it holds up as well as some people think. Fake personality tests appeal to what people want to see themselves as, and even the good ones are not all-encompassing. The good ones can help you understand yourself or those around you a bit better, but they are not an excuse for sinful behavior. Rather they can be helpful tools to help you understand areas where you can grow as a person, how to be better show Love to other members of the Body of Christ, and understanding your gifting and how you can apply that to spreading the Gospel and playing your part in the Body.

I've been on some Christian dating apps and that's where I've first seen the word enneagram, then I took to test. Did seem weird to me how it's among mostly Christians not seculars.
