I have Mailtrack. I can not find the answer to my question. There are green check marks before the recipients sent email and green check marks after the recipients name in sent. The front green check mark indicates email sent successfully. The green check marks after the recepients email indicates when hovering over it as read. However, the front green checkmark only indicates 1 green check mark and not two indicating it was read. This is confusing. I hope you have an answer, fred.

I install it but the problem are when i send a mail with using this extension i saw a popup massage and here written that its found virus and thats why the mail cann't be send

I believe if I open the email to view it for any reason, it also counts as an Open on the log. Is that correct?
