I don't like Trump. I didn't vote for him before and I would not vote for him with a Russian gun pointed at my head. Most likely I won't like his choice in nominees. However, The constitution is clear. It is the president's responsibility to nominate a new justice, whoever that happens to be whether I like them or not. The president does have the option to recuse himself until after the beginning of the next term. When there is a nominee congress then has the authority to confirm or not regardless of which party is in power. Fulfilling a constitutional obligation is more important than ideology, especially when most justices do in fact vote their conscience and in accordance to their interpretation of the constitution and most of the time they do so fairly and often do not vote as expected which proves that even an ideologue can vote with neutrality. Also it should be noted that the constitution does not specify the number of justices and in fact congress can vote to enlarge the bench to any number it chooses so if the Democrats are not happy with the new justice, then when they are in power again they have the option of enlarging the bench and stacking it with left leaning justices if they so choose though that is a slippery slope. A tit for tat can result in more supreme court justices than senators if taken to its ultimate conclusion.

when justice ginsberg compared nfl drama queen ignorance kneeling during the national anthem as a sort of foolish flag burning in her opinion, it was an example of how something so critical to activist agenda influence and advertisement requires a lot of media managed marketing to try and sell a message. now she didnt have a message, but her opinion was entirely valid to what her supporters prefer, one could presume. unless their charades of concern are so ideologically infected that they substitute negative attention for the arguments they cant win with facts or influence with propaganda. the president will fill the seat with a competency that ruth will be proud of and that the polluted corrupt dishonest disgraced democrat establishment demands can respect even when they lie about it.

Why would God allow this Supreme Court justice pass away at this time close to the Presidential elections?

2) The current President should be the one to choose, especially that he only served one term so far

The wishes of the Supreme Court justice can be honored if the motivation is not for self interest or for political bias. Yet, people of Faith must pray to discern the truth & Not to be fooled or deceived.

Plus The Supreme Court MUST go about its business WITHOUT delay PLEASE i.e. The Supreme Court justice must be replaced as conveniently possible!!! And NOT wait until after the elections! As this can be at least another 6-8 months...

The arguments used during the Obama administration for replacing the Supreme Court justice was made appropriately and for many reasons that cannot be mentioned here PLEASE. This is again, what God & HIS Holy Angels are saying!!!
