Have you considered buying meat at like Costco (bulk pricing) and freezing what you don’t use? This has helped my family of three also save money and trips to the grocery store :) at costco they have chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks in portions and the beef that we buy I will cut it and put it in freezer safe bags :)
