Wow, I felt that man. Remembered the feeling of the pain I’d somehow forgotten but the scars on my heart are worth it bc the lessons learned, a beautiful son come of it & my choice to actually get to know me, the me free to do what I wanted & needed not told not to or judgement by someone isolating me from everyone & changing me to someone else. Raised my son myself, busted my ass, am confident & have self respect & actually love myself. Learned me. It’s worth it. Hope that pain also becomes a fleeting memory felt quickly then gone bc you gained so much more in return on your own
