You have to make a shortcut to the game and run it as administrater
Note:you always have to run it from the shortcut

I delete my previous god of war file and again download 13 part file and extract it .

Now I have the same problem. Before 3-4 years I downloaded cracked version of gow3 and is not running well. But now the emulator is improved and I downloaded again and crash like this. Now the emulator want original game not pirate. I thing this is the problem.

I have a solution for this

The error is coming for 8 threads system (that's y it's showing "cmd 8" error)....but u need atleast 12 threads to play this game

To check ur system threads.. open task manager (ctrl+shift+Esc).... and go to performance...then click CPU...then check number on logical processors...it has to be 12 or above like 16

Bro, it doesn't open because you downloaded the game in PKG format but for the PS3 I mean, if you downloaded it in a video where it said PKG (NOT HAN) it is only for the PS3 not for the emulator

I think you need to configure something to run it cause god of war 3 is only compatible in playstations
