As a Baptist, I think Moses smacking people down with the Ten Commandments is hilarious.

It's MOSTLY tastefull, as long as one of his abilities isn't spitting the locust plague out of his mouth or something else out of context like that, then I really don't see anything too wrong with his inclusion.
