Taylor was talking about the voicemail. SHe's never added a personal voicemail of anyone she's dated. That wasn't meant for the world to hear. Taylor and everyone else writes about their life. She didn't want it to become TOO personal. A private voicemail of the person the song is about is a little TOO personal.
