I started lifting not too long ago and it does give you more energy and you are doing so well, I wish I could get up early like that but this year feels impossible.I’m definitely thinking on trying to make the earlier schedule for the new year coming up so it’s definitely a goal of mine.

I feel like if you work from home you can totally have a less extreme morning. 6 am or even 7 if totally fine. Unless you naturally get sleepy at 8 pm an extreme morning routine can exhaust you more. I’m not a natural morning person and I had to do 4am for a good two years maybe…at some point I hit a wall and I couldn’t go anymore. I was fighting my body’s natural cycle.

I’m a 4am girlie and the struggle is REAL 😅 I have a 2 year old lab and even on days I don’t have work she has be up no later than 5am for her breakfast and morning trip outside

Well my apartment came with a fitness center and it really shows me how much people don’t work out. Cause only 3 of us use the fitness center in the whole apartment complex. Just my boyfriend, me, and this 14 year old teenager boy I don’t know his name. I only know he is 14 because of the settings on the treadmill. But I am not complaining because more time for me to workout. 👌🏾

something i wanna share is idk i try to not rely on caffeine to wake me up some days when its possible (i work before i get to train) i try my best to get enough sleep and sometimes in the morning thats enough, i do see the difference when i get less sleep and i need to have coffee. im js how u def need to try to get enough sleep in a day
