It does have a ECM, you need to stop spinning that engine over until its filled with lube oil!

What about fuel delivery?
Need air purge from fuel system.

1. Do they show revolutions when you rotate by starter? 2. Maybe some diagnostic codes on ecm?

If its got no compression, spin it faster, if its got no fuel spray it with either, put a little oil down the cylinder to set the rings, grab a propane tank and shoot it into the turbo, some days are maintenance days

Had a 3516 one time wouldn’t start because the new air starter we just installed was the wrong rotation. It was spinning the engine the wrong direction.

That one sounds like no fuel maybe.

Compression relief is open or broken cam causing no compression.

I've seen counter rotating Allison VT 1710s on old Lockheed P38s, Does CAT make a 35 series one too?

No compression cus the crank turns after starter disengaged

U must fill with exact amount of lub oil, murphy switch won' allow engine to start. Stop crancking it, crank bearings might be burn or grip😅
