Chives are easy to grow. We had a huge bunch that lived on our table that were not in a pot or anything. Lol. We watered and gave them plant food occasionally. They lived like that for literally 3 years. I told my husband we really need to plant these. Poor things. We did finally plant them. They come back every year. Also they stay green well into winter.

Love my garden like that! The only thing I wish it had were a fan to help keep the plants strong. My lettuce was leggy but it grew good and tasted great!! I’ve debated on transferring my dill, chives & thyme in mine to outdoors. But I don’t want to shock them lol
I love love your planty area! You know I’m alll about the plants!😂🪴
I plan to start a lot of my plants for next year garden in the hydro garden to help seeds along better:)
