I don't know what you're talking about but here in America MOSTLY AAAALL of the can lids are fricken dirty af!!! So if you can blow the debris off do it but sometimes you have to wash it cause it's that dirty..
But also also..There is NO NEED to do any of this to open a can of soda if you are worried it will explode..take your hands and apply pressure from top to bottom sliding your hands down it and it will stop it from exposing.
