Hey guys! In this video, we make the bento box that Rengoku ate in Mugen train. I just watched the video and I knew I had to make it for you guys. Ingredients:
Ingredient List:
1/2 cup water
1/2 Onion
1 lb Fillet
1 Tbsp Monkfruit Sweetener
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp Sake
1 Cup Tofu
1/2 cup green onions for garnish
Recipe:
1. Prep onions by cutting them into thin slices.
2. Create sauce: add in 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp mirin and heat on medium for 5 minutes. Add in Onions and let them become nice and tender.
3. After 5 minutes add in the beef and cook for 2-5 minutes. Remove from pan and get ready to serve
4.Season tofu with salt and pepper and fry with 2 tbsp of oil into a pan. Fry on medium heat and let it get crispy slowly. Tofu is full of water so low and slow is the way to go!
5.Plate it up and enjoy!
