Hey guys! In this video, we make the bento box that Rengoku ate in Mugen train. I just watched the video and I knew I had to make it for you guys. Ingredients:
Ingredient List:
1/2 cup water
1/2 Onion
1 lb Fillet
1 Tbsp Monkfruit Sweetener
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp Sake
1 Cup Tofu
1/2 cup green onions for garnish

Recipe:
1. Prep onions by cutting them into thin slices.
2. Create sauce: add in 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp mirin and heat on medium for 5 minutes. Add in Onions and let them become nice and tender.
3. After 5 minutes add in the beef and cook for 2-5 minutes. Remove from pan and get ready to serve
4.Season tofu with salt and pepper and fry with 2 tbsp of oil into a pan. Fry on medium heat and let it get crispy slowly. Tofu is full of water so low and slow is the way to go!
5.Plate it up and enjoy!

Hey there! Recently found out about your channel and I'm seriously loving it. Been meal prepping for about 7 years now but this is the first time I've seen an all-Asian meal prep channel. You even have Filipino food! I usually have to come up with my own Asian meal preps from recipes online and modify them to make them somewhat healthy, so it's really nice to see a channel dedicated to healthier versions of Asian meals. I already have five of your recipes lined up for my meal preps for the next few weeks. Hope to see more from you!
