He embarrasses himself every time Ron Johnson opens his mouth. Unfortunately, he embarrasses his constituents who voted for him, too. Johnson just stutters and stammers when cornered, or he picks up his phone and pretends he is on a call. His ineptitude is laughable; unfortunately, he is half the Wisconsin voting power in Congress. Tammy Baldwin is the other half, Thank God!

I understand that presidents are given confidential documents. What I don't understand is why didn't the agency that issued the documents know that the documents were not returned? Isn't anyone keeping track of what goes out vs what comes back? I think that is the bigger problem.
